Why are prices different now than when I made my purchase?

Until your purchase is completed and confirmed, prices and availability of products may change without notice. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate information on pricing and availability. In addition, some of the items on our website might be incorrectly priced or no longer available at the time of purchase. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any shipments placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your purchase and notify you of the error.

How will I be notified about price changes for my subscription?

If the price of an item that’s a part of your subscription changes, we’ll notify you in your shipment reminder email. You’ll get a shipment reminder 10 days prior to your shipment being processed unless you change your shipment frequency.

Remember, you can cancel any product in your subscription by visiting the My Service page and deactivating the item.

Why is my credit card authorized for more than the purchase amount?

During the credit confirmation process, your credit card is not charged for your purchase. The pending transaction is a preauthorization charge. The final charge—where we will take the funds from your credit card—will happen after the item has shipped.
